Engineering

From your solid models our engineering department will review your drawing(s) and develop the most cost-efficient machining process utilizing Solidworks and Mastercam. Once completed our Camplete Software will then verify the process and then post the code into our multi-axis machines.

With this process now complete, we then move into building the proper fixturing to support the manufacturing of product along with developing the CMM programs and inspection documents to be used to  measure product. Measurement data from the CMM is collected via Qc-Calc for SPC analysis.
